1. Processed in accordance with Taiwan Teacher (3) Letter No. 1132603162 dated October 30, 2013 from the Ministry of Education.
2. In order to enrich the source of teachers, the Ministry of Education will continue to provide in-service credit courses for teachers in schools below senior high schools in 2014. Each school is requested to recommend teachers in areas or subjects (including special education) where there is a shortage of teachers based on factors such as the teacher structure and school size. The purpose is to reveal the list of teachers so that the Ministry of Education can plan the opening of classes.
3. The Ministry of Education will coordinate teacher training universities (hereinafter referred to as teacher training universities) based on the needs raised to launch credit-based classes during the summer vacation of 2020 or at an appropriate time. The classes include credit-based classes for elementary schools and specialized fields, and information technology for secondary schools. Credit-enhancing classes and secondary specialty credit classes. Follow-up tasks are as follows:
(1) Each class is based on the principle of enrolling 25 to 50 students. If the number of trainees reaches 25, the teacher training university will be coordinated to hold classes locally. If the number of students does not reach 25, classes will be held nearby in other counties and cities.
(2) After the school that opens the class is determined, the quota will be allocated according to the enrollment number and demand. Subsequently, each school that opens the class will notify teachers to submit relevant information for registration according to the order of recommendation, and the final list of participating teachers will be announced on the school's website.
